Key Responsibilities: Gather, remove, and properly manage cut vegetation and debris
Load and unload logs, stumps, brush, and debris
Set up tools and equipment for crew members
Explicit paths for vehicles, workers, and machinery
Set up barriers and signs around work areas
Requirements: Ability to work away from home periodically
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
Punctuality, dependability, and accountability in the field
Required personal protective equipment and safety compliance
Support Spectrum Resource Group crews through vegetation removal, equipment preparation, path clearing, and consistent field safety practices.
