Shape Indigo’s digital shopping experience through site merchandising, content accuracy, and promotional execution for assigned categories and campaigns.
The Coordinator, eCommerce supports daily execution on indigo.ca under Specialist or Manager direction. Responsibilities include site operations, SEO metadata, analytics support, and French content quality. The role collaborates with Merchants, Creative, Editorial, Translation, Digital Production, Marketing, and Digital Product teams to keep experiences accurate, timely, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities: Execute merchandising for assigned categories and campaigns
Build banners, landing pages, and campaign placements
Maintain search tagging and product collections
Quality-check links, pricing, imagery, copy, and views




Monitor performance and flag customer friction points
Requirements: College or university education in business or related field
Minimum one year of related work experience
Proficiency with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Page Designer
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency
Robust organization, communication, and attention to detail
Support Indigo’s eCommerce growth through accurate merchandising, promotional content, analytics reporting, and customer-focused site execution.
