Community Living British Columbia seeks a permanent, full-time Facilitator for its NTC 1 Pacific Northwest team. You will serve as a trusted first contact for individuals and families, exploring needs, strengths, aspirations, and support options. The work includes coordinating services and implementing individual support plans.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate access to community and CLBC-funded services
Help individuals identify resources supporting personal goals
Provide information about community and peer supports
Coordinate services and respond to emerging crises




Confirm eligibility for CLBC-funded services
Requirements: Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent degree preferred
Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and families
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Class 5 driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
Use sound judgment, creative thinking, and cooperative planning to connect individuals and families with meaningful supports through CLBC.
