As a Senior SEM Coach at CLEAResult, you will guide experienced participants through workshops and individual support. You will identify energy efficiency opportunities, analyze industrial process performance, and help create practical improvement plans. The full time permanent position includes travel to participant sites and mentorship responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Coach plant and facility management teams through energy improvements
Facilitate workshops, audits, and one-on-one participant sessions
Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities




Analyze process performance using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
Mentor coaches and develop program materials
Requirements: Eight or more years in industrial or commercial environments
Engineering, technical, or science background
Knowledge of industrial systems and some HVAC
Technical calculations, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Valid driver’s license, transportation, and site travel ability
Bring industrial experience, energy efficiency knowledge, and coaching expertise to advance participant-led improvements with CLEAResult in British Columbia.
