Lead daily residence operations at Brennans Place in Vancouver while supporting adults with low or no income through service delivery.
As Supervisor, you report to the Site Manager and follow Lookout Housing and Health Society’s mission, philosophy, and Code of Ethics. You support tenant engagement, assessment, planning, crisis intervention, medication administration, and financial assistance. The permanent part time schedule runs Friday through Monday, from 1100 to 1900 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily residence operations and follow society policies
Support tenant engagement, assessment, and service delivery
Coordinate case planning, management, and discharge planning
Complete records and maintain statistical data




Contribute to health and safety program requirements
Requirements: Two years post-secondary study and two years related experience
One year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination
Current OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
Familiarity with addiction, mental health, welfare, and harm reduction resources
Vulnerable sector criminal record clearance
Apply supervisory judgment, communication, documentation, and support skills within Lookout’s Vancouver residence services and mandate.
