Coordinate workforce training programs at Coast Mountain College’s Terrace campus using client service, budgeting, and contract administration skills. Versatile scheduling is required.
As Program Officer, you will support non-credit, tuition, and contract training across the College. Reporting to the Dean, you will work with industry, community partners, funding agencies, instructors, and internal departments. The role supports program delivery, business development, financial viability, and client service.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and coordinate non-credit, tuition, and contract training programs
Assess training opportunities, feasibility, instructors, demand, and resource requirements
Develop and monitor budgets using approved tools and templates
Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements,



and supporting contract documentation
Monitor enrolment, registration, delivery support, and participant feedback
Requirements: Relevant college certificate required; diploma preferred
Two to three years’ training and customer service experience
Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet, and 50 wpm typing
Strong communication, prioritization, and self-directed work abilities
Support workforce training delivery through program coordination, client service, budgeting, contracts, and stakeholder communication at CMTN.
