This full-time Inside Sales Representative role supports retail and commercial customers with product information, pricing, quotations, and practical solutions. You will answer incoming calls, recommend products, and provide customer feedback to store management. The position also includes warehouse and store support, deliveries, hydraulic hose assembly, forklift operation, and an on-call rotation. Training is provided for hydraulic hose assembly and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct counter sales of industrial supplies
Answer calls and handle customer inquiries
Enter orders and source required products
Prepare quotations and explain pricing terms
Assemble hydraulic hoses and deliver orders
Requirements: Inside or counter sales experience
Strong customer service and product knowledge skills
Effective computer and data entry skills
Valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
