As a Document Controller, you will support engineering and construction projects while managing accurate, compliant information flows. You will work with engineers, contract administrators, project stakeholders, and team members across disciplines. The position focuses on registration, tracking, distribution, workflows, reporting, and process support for technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Key Responsibilities: Register, upload, transmit, and track technical project documents
Ensure document data accuracy and compliance with quality standards
Manage documentation flows between internal and external stakeholders




Develop electronic workflows for submissions and approvals
Monitor quality, discrepancies, reports, and project deliverables
Requirements: University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum three years supporting engineering or construction projects
Proficiency in document control processes and compliance standards
Experience with SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, Unifier, or equivalent
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
