As a Business Systems Developer, you will design, build, and maintain secure internal digital solutions. The work spans IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams. You will translate requirements into specifications while supporting productive business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain internal applications, workflows, and digital tools
- Integrate CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and project systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement secure coding practices and participate in reviews
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and system issues

Requirements:
