Responsibilities As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early childhood education center. Your responsibilities will include:Take “ownership” of the school, doing whatever it takes to deliver on the financial metrics while never compromising on child safety, excellent programming and employee appreciationDrive enrollment growth by engaging with the community, conducting excellent tours, and building relationships with prospective familiesIn partnership with Marketing, implement marketing and outreach strategies to ensure strong enrollment and brand awarenessRecruit, hire, and train a team of educators to establish a high-quality learning environment while keeping children safeDevelop an online presence to keep families engaged and informed leading up to and beyond the center’s openingDevelop strong family partnerships, foster open communication,
