You will analyze plans, specifications, contracts, and project risks while coordinating with operations, project management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Your work supports bids from tender through execution and contributes to accurate project costing.
Key Responsibilities: Review tenders, scopes, requirements, and project feasibility
Complete quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
Solicit and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing
Prepare bid packages, summaries, budgets,



and proposals
Maintain estimate files, templates, and costing databases
Requirements: Three to five years of construction estimating experience
Experience preparing detailed construction bids and estimates
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Solid mathematical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
