Key Responsibilities: Support individuals in homes and communities
Assist with appointments and community activities
Follow health care plans and personal protocols
Complete daily documentation in English
Teach life skills and support community living
Requirements: Minimum one year experience or combined education and experience
Class 5 BC Driver’s License and suitable abstract
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Food Protected Certificate and reliable vehicle
Criminal Record Check Clearance
