Reporting to the Director, Finance, this Senior Accountant supports day-to-day accounting for corporate entities. You will prepare reconciliations, financial statement schedules, and MD&A; support. The position also covers equity incentive accounting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end and quarter-end corporate entity closes
Prepare reconciliations and supporting accounting working papers
Administer equity incentive plans and share-based payment accounting
Support consolidated financial statements and MD&A; preparation
Coordinate auditor inquiries and information delivery
Requirements: CPA designation and minimum three years relevant experience
Public practice audit or publicly listed company experience
Solid technical knowledge of IFRS
Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Sage experience beneficial
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
