As an Advisor Solutions Manager at PPI Management Inc., you will support selected advisors nationally through proactive and reactive sales assistance. You will identify complex cases, coordinate specialized regional support, and help advisors access PPI tools independently. The work requires industry knowledge, strong virtual communication, and resource alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Triage incoming reactive requests and ensure timely responses
Build advisor ability to independently access PPI tools
Support Inforce Illustrations when appropriate




Align resources to enable advisor sales growth
Maintain advisor activity and recruitment trackers
Requirements: Four-plus years in financial services sales or sales support
Robust virtual communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
Knowledge of financial services and compliance guidelines
Advanced English and French proficiency required
Bring financial services experience, advisor advocacy, and bilingual communication to PPI’s national Sales Enablement team.
