Lead SR&ED; claim management at Rodeo FX in Montreal, applying technical analysis and rigorous documentation within a studio-based manager schedule.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you will own the claim process for Rodeo FX research and development activities. You will collaborate with software development, pipeline, research, production, Finance, and external advisors. The work includes identifying eligible projects, translating technical work into transparent files, coordinating contributions, and supporting tax authority audits.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze potentially eligible R&D; work
Coordinate annual claim schedules and team contributions
Prepare technical descriptions and supporting information
Align documentation, project time, and claimed expenses




Support responses during tax authority audits
Requirements: Education and experience in taxation, finance, accounting, administration, or technology
Experience preparing tax, financial, or technical files
Ability to apply R&D; tax credit requirements
Excel and project tracking tool proficiency
French communication skills and English collaboration ability
Bring rigor, autonomy, technical understanding, and coordination skills to strengthen Rodeo FX SR&ED; claims and documentation practices.
