This full-time, unionized IAMAW position belongs to Airports Canada & CX Strategy. Ramp Agents collaborate with crews to onload and offload aircraft safely and efficiently. The work includes baggage, connecting passenger bags, and tarmac tasks supporting on-time performance.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with crew members during aircraft onloading and offloading
Handle baggage and connecting passenger bags efficiently
Perform airside tarmac tasks supporting successful operations
Operate heavy equipment on the airside when required
Maintain safe, on-time aircraft performance with the crew
Requirements: Valid driver’s license for required airside equipment operation
Ability to lift 70 pounds repetitively
Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Successful medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol testing
