Reporting to the VP, Risk & Compliance, this senior position supports Tandia’s credit and enterprise risk management programs. You will challenge first-line practices, assess lending quality, and help maintain effective risk frameworks. The work covers portfolio performance, regulatory requirements, and risk appetites across multiple lending areas.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee credit risk across retail, small business, and commercial lending
Review credit governance, portfolio performance, and authorization limits
Develop guidelines for credit assessment of loans and mortgages
Monitor lending trends, loan quality, and loan loss provisions




Provide second-line challenge through the enterprise risk management program
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Three to five years of credit risk management experience
Three to five years of risk management experience
Analytical skills in balance sheets, cash flow, and business plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and regulatory requirements
Use credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and sound judgment to strengthen lending risk oversight at Tandia in Burlington.
