This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. and quality.* Verify barcodes and quality of each piece before moving jobs to the next production stage.* Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.* Clean and maintain your work area to ensure safety and efficiency.* Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency.* Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.## Qualifications**What You Bring*** Prior edge banding or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter.
