This permanent Project Technical Coordinator supports SYSTRA Canada’s Transit division and reports to the Technical Manager. The work connects internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and project management while coordinating multi-site production. It emphasizes deliverable quality, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multi-site technical production across engineering centres
Monitor scope, schedule, costs, and production commitments
Organize information flow to production teams
Lead technical progress meetings and prepare minutes
Report progress and address client comments
Requirements: Degree in computer, electrical, systems engineering, or related field
Five to ten years in technical project coordination
PEO membership or eligibility for membership
Knowledge of distributed computing, virtualization, IP networks, and SCADA/BMS
Configuration management and Microsoft Office proficiency
