Support specialty dispensing at MemberRx in Mississauga, using prescription processing, Kroll, and patient-focused communication Monday through Friday. This full-time pharmacy assistant position pays $20–$23 CAD hourly, with hours from 9am to 5pm.
MemberRx supports complex health needs within Ontario’s education community. You will assist pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and logistics staff with prescription filling, labelling, billing, reimbursement, and deliveries. The work includes high-cost specialty medications and detailed pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities: Fill, label, and bill prescriptions accurately
Enter prescriptions into Kroll pharmacy management software
Resolve payment and drug coverage issues




Coordinate reimbursement with patient support programs
Arrange patient billing and shipping schedules
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
One or more years working in a pharmacy setting
Specialty or long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
Robust communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to lift boxes or materials up to 50 pounds
Bring pharmacy experience, Kroll proficiency, and careful service to MemberRx’s specialty dispensing and patient delivery operations.
