The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for Access St. Boniface. This clinical, CUPE position supports clients through safe, effective personal care that respects comfort, privacy, and dignity. The 0.60 FTE schedule includes shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide secure, effective personal care to clients
Respect individual comfort, privacy, and dignity
Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Transfer and transport patients and equipment
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Preferred experience supporting physical or cognitive impairments
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel year-round
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Support WRHA community care through personal assistance, clear communication, critical thinking, and respectful service for Winnipeg clients.
