Apply advanced electromechanical troubleshooting to production equipment as a Xerox Field Service Technician in a hands-on, customer-facing position. Diagnose, maintain, and repair complex systems.
As a Field Service Technician (Production), you will support Xerox’s Technical Services organization. The work combines equipment diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and customer service. You will help maximize equipment availability while meeting established Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair large-scale production equipment
Perform software loads, installations, removals, and retrofits
Manage service calls according to customer SLAs
Support maintenance, production, and supply inventory requirements




Guide team members on repairs and service procedures
Requirements: Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting experience
Ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
Experience repairing complex electromechanical equipment
Robust customer service and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and qualifying automobile insurance
