Reporting to the Manager, Ground Equipment Maintenance, the Lead Hand coordinates Ground Equipment Mechanics while performing repairs. The work covers heavy and light-duty vehicles, operational efficiency, timelines, priorities, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily work for Ground Equipment Mechanics
Coordinate team activities and operational priorities
Maintain and repair heavy and light-duty vehicles
Complete work within established timelines
Maintain workplace safety and procedural compliance
Requirements: Relevant ground support equipment maintenance training or experience
At least five years maintaining and repairing ground support equipment
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of propane, electric, diesel, or gasoline equipment preferred
French and English proficiency, plus required permits
