Awesome people make awesome things happen, and we're looking for someone to help us find more of them. As Musora's Talent Partner, you'll connect with talented people, make candidates feel welcome, and help us build an even stronger team. In this 12-month temporary role, you'll partner with P&C; and hiring managers to own the candidate and onboarding experience, from the first conversation through an employee's first 3-6 months. Help us reach new heights as we inspire more people around the world to play music.
We don't use AI to screen applications. So if you put real thought into your submission (and avoid generic, AI-generated responses), it will absolutely stand out!
A note on salary: We've shared the full salary range for this role so you can see the potential for growth. Most new hires can expect to start somewhere around the low-middle of the range, depending on experience and skills. We also review compensation every year as part of our annual review process.
Requirements What you'll own End-to-end recruitment. Partner with managers on intake, job analysis, and job descriptions. Manage sourcing, postings, screening, interviews, references, offers, and contracts, including temporary hires. Coach managers on fair, consistent assessment and on using our ATS/HRIS.
Talent pipeline and employer brand. Map talent for key roles, build relationships with passive candidates, and get people excited about Musora; even when they aren't job hunting. Negotiate and close offers, keep our careers page, postings, and social channels true to Musora's voice, and track what attracts strong candidates.
Onboarding. Own preboarding and onboarding through the first 3-6 months, coordinating with P&C;, IT, and managers.

Help managers build onboarding plans with clear expectations and early goals, including for new people managers. Coordinate (or automate) self-learning paths including practical training like how to request time off, or view pay, as well as CliftonStrengths assessments and sessions, and help connect the results to day-to-day work.
45- and 90-day check-ins. Own the process, or propose a better one. Set up and track check-ins, prepare employees and managers, and flag concerns to P&C; early. Managers remain accountable for performance feedback and decisions.
Systems and data. Work with Payroll and the P&C; Generalist to keep HRIS/ATS workflows running and data accurate. Improve templates, checklists, and automations. Use AI thoughtfully, protecting personal information and checking accuracy.
Insights and improvement. Track time to hire, sourcing effectiveness, conversion, offer acceptance, and feedback. Deliver an actionable P&C; dashboard or report, spot bottlenecks, test changes, and measure whether they work.
Immigration coordination. Coordinate documentation and work authorization deadlines for candidates and employees with P&C; and immigration advisors.
Partner with the P&C; Generalist on employee contract administration, including tracking renewal dates and preparing documents.
Build smarter ways to work. Use AI, automation, and AI-assisted development (including vibe coding)

to create practical tools, dashboards, and lightweight apps that reduce P&C; admin and free up time for meaningful human interactions with candidates, employees, managers, and leaders.
What you'll bring 2+ years in talent acquisition, including employer branding, onboarding, and supporting hiring managers.
Robust negotiation and closing skills.
Fully tech-enabled with experience building with A I.
Hands-on HRIS/ATS experience. You're comfortable building workflows and using AI and automation to improve processes.
A data-driven approach: you turn metrics and feedback into practical next steps.
Experience coordinating check-ins, training, and immigration processes. Familiarity with CliftonStrengths is an asset.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. You build relationships easily and handle confidential information with care.
Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.
Curiosity, discretion, and a commitment to fair hiring and to Musora's values of Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
Relevant education or equivalent experience. Progress toward a CPHR is an asset.
Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
First and foremost, we hope you're excited about the work itself, what you're building, who you're building it with, and the impact you're making. We're passionate about our mission and values, and we're looking for people who feel the same.
That said, we also offer some great perks to make your day-to-day even better: Extended Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, including prescriptions, dental, vision, and mental health support for full-time, permanent team members - because your well-being
