Process investment transactions accurately for Financial Horizons, using WealthServ and specialized knowledge of segregated funds. This is a temporary full time position.
As an Investment Specialist, you will support advisors and complete investment applications, transactions, and trades. Financial Horizons is part of Canada Life, serving independent advisors through more than 30 offices across Canada. The work requires five years of insurance or financial services experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and careful process adherence.
Key Responsibilities: Scrub applications thoroughly while meeting service level agreements
Obtain missing information and signatures from advisors
Enter applications and complete trades in WealthServ




Confirm application submissions by email wire order
Follow up on transfers and update current WealthServ data
Requirements: Specialized knowledge of investment products, especially segregated funds
At least five years in insurance and financial services
Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of WealthServ is an asset
Post-secondary education or equivalent
Bring investment processing, WealthServ, and advisor communication expertise to Financial Horizons as an Investment Specialist.
