As a Robotic Technician within Magna’s Cosma group, you will administer preventative maintenance and repair Fanuc robots and welding equipment. The position focuses on resistance welding, drawn arc welding, MIG welding, robot programming, and production equipment reliability. You will also develop process documentation, testing methods, welding schedules, and corrective actions. A valid provincial certificate or equivalent education, five years of related experience, English proficiency, required tools, and FANUC programming knowledge are specified.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and execute the preventative maintenance program




Repair and maintain Fanuc robots and welding equipment
Develop and standardize resistance welding processes
Troubleshoot resistance, MIG, and drawn arc welding issues
Support robot programming, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
Requirements: Valid provincial certificate or equivalent education
Five years of related experience
Proficiency in FANUC programming
Knowledge of resistance and drawn arc welding equipment
Good command of spoken and written English
