Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
Deepen client relationships and meet financial needs
Monitor business performance and implement action plans
Manage risk and safeguard clients and shareholders
Advocate CIBC within the community
Requirements: Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
Experience coaching teams toward shared goals
