JobDutiesandResponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

Prepareandservealcoholicandnon-alcoholicbeveragesinaccordancewithrecipes,companystandards,andSmartServeregulations.

Provideexceptionalcustomerservicetoguestswhilecreatingawelcomingandprofessionalatmosphere.

Setup,stock,andmaintainbanquetbarsbefore,during,andafterevents.

Processbeverageordersaccuratelyandefficientlywhilemaintainingcashandinventorycontrolswhereapplicable.

Ensurebarareasremainclean,organized,andfullystockedthroughoutevents.

VerifyguestidentificationandservealcoholresponsiblyincompliancewithSmartServeandcompanypolicies.

Workcollaborativelywithbanquetservers,supervisors,andkitchenstafftoensureseamlesseventexecution.

Maintainaprofessionalappearanceandpositiveattitudewhilerepresentingthecompany.

Adapttovaryingeventsizesandservicestyleswhileworkingefficientlyinafast-pacedenvironment.





Followallhealth,safety,andsanitationstandards.

Qualifications

Previousbartendingexperience,preferablyinbanquet,hospitality,orrestaurantsettings.

Mixologyknowledgeandexperiencepreparingawidevarietyofcocktails.

Strongcustomerserviceandinterpersonalcommunicationskills.

Abilitytomultitaskandremainorganizedduringhigh-volumeevents.

Flexibleavailability,includingmornings,evenings,weekends,andholidays.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.

SmartServeCertificationisrequired.

ExperiencewiththeToastPOSsystemisconsideredanasset.

Thisisapermanentcasualpositionwithflexible,as-neededshifts.Hoursmayvarydependingonoperationalrequirements.
