Provide attentive dining service at Meadowbrook Seniors Residence on Salt Spring Island, preparing rooms and serving residents and guests. Work approximately 24 hours weekly.
This permanent Dining Room Attendant position is based in Ganges at Meadowbrook Seniors Residence. You will support dinner service for approximately 40–50 residents and guests. The work includes meal service, table clearing, cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare the dining room for dinner service
Serve meals to residents and guests
Create welcoming experiences respecting dignity and comfort
Explicit tables and clean the dining room
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen tasks
Requirements: Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication skills
Enjoyment of teamwork
Pride in providing attentive service
Dining or customer service experience and food safety certification are assets
Support residents with reliable meal service, respectful hospitality, and attentive dining room care at Meadowbrook Seniors Residence.
