Lead daily childcare operations in Penticton at KVR Childcare, using supervision, programming, and health and safety expertise. This temporary full time role offers 30-40 hours weekly.
As Site Leader with OneSky Community Resources Society, you will oversee delegated program operations and maintain program integrity. You will support child development, supervise personnel, and uphold licensing, accreditation, contractual, and legislative requirements. The role also includes collaboration with families, community partners, and the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate childcare programming
Supervise personnel, scheduling, approvals, coaching, and mentoring
Maintain participant, personnel, and facility health and safety
Uphold licensing, accreditation,



policies, and security requirements
Resolve operational issues with the Team Leader
Requirements: Early Childhood Education certificate and three years’ experience
Valid Post Basic Infant/Toddler License to Practice, as applicable
Childcare supervision and organizational experience
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Knowledge of child growth and development
Support KVR Childcare through thoughtful programming, personnel supervision, regulatory compliance, and safe service delivery in Penticton.
