The Telfer School of Management seeks three CUPE Teaching Assistants for ADM3301 Operations Management. This English-language assignment supports student communication, grading, proctoring, Brightspace, Teams, and synchronous lectures. Work runs January 4 through April 30, 2027, for 117 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to student emails and hold office hours
Manage discussion groups on Brightspace
Mark assignments, midterms, and group assignments
Support synchronous lectures and online course sites
Proctor exams and monitor course activities
Requirements: Strong understanding of Operations Management
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0
Minimum A- grades in ADM3301 and ADM2302
Apply grading rubrics and provide structured feedback
Experience managing Brightspace course pages
Support ADM3301 students through explicit communication, accurate grading, Brightspace management, and examination proctoring at Telfer.
