Teach swimmers across Grande Prairie as a K&K; Swim Instructor using creative lesson planning and the K&K; Curriculum. Choose regular or substitute scheduling.
K&K; Swim School seeks instructors to inspire, challenge, and grow swimmers. You will teach private or group lessons for all ages, monitor progress, and communicate with swimmers and families. Collaboration and independent work are both part of the position.
Key Responsibilities: Learn and apply the K&K; Curriculum
Create lesson plans supporting swimmer goals
Teach private and group lessons
Track progress and update families
Collaborate with fellow instructors
Requirements: Swim 25 metres using three required strokes
Hold required First Aid and CPR certification
Work at least two shifts weekly part time
Cover at least three monthly shifts when substituting
Love working with swimmers of all ages
Bring reliable instruction, creative planning, and swimmer-focused communication to K&K; Swim School locations throughout Grande Prairie.
