This Intermediate Accountant assists the Accounting Manager with daily, monthly, quarterly, and year end activities. The position supports head office accounting through financial statements, reconciliations, tax returns, fixed assets, and audit documentation. Inland Truck & Equipment operates across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, analyze, and distribute monthly financial statements
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate outstanding bank items
Maintain fixed assets and prepare sales tax returns
Analyze parts inventory semi-annually




Prepare year end files for external auditors
Requirements: Post-secondary accounting degree or diploma required
Two years related experience, training, or equivalent combination
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Independent and collaborative working ability
Solid time management, planning, and organizing skills
Apply accounting analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and communication skills while supporting Inland Truck & Equipment’s Kamloops head office activities.
