Lead pharmaceutical warehouse operations for Hims & Hers in Ontario, using WMS expertise and regulatory attention to keep fulfillment accurate. Work Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
As Warehouse Lead, you will oversee prescription and personal care product flow through receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You will supervise warehouse associates and pharmacy assistants while monitoring productivity and quality. The work supports compliance with Health Canada, Ontario College of Pharmacists, and NAPRA standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations
Supervise, train, schedule, and assign warehouse personnel
Maintain WMS inventory records and resolve count discrepancies




Document temperature and humidity for sensitive medications
Coordinate shipments, replenishment, holds, recalls, and returns
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of warehouse experience
At least one year in lead or supervisory work
Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand extensively
Bring warehouse leadership, inventory control, and compliance experience to Hims & Hers pharmacy fulfillment operations in Ontario.
