Lookout Housing and Health Society is seeking a Tenant Support Worker (TSW) to assist residents with daily living, develop service plans, and promote independence. You will work under the Site Manager to deliver education, support, and skills training, contributing to healthier, more reliable living arrangements.
The role requires respirator fit testing clearance and adherence to WorkSafeBC standards. A clean shaven face is required for proper respirator seals during testing.
