Support warehouse process improvement at Winpak in Winnipeg, using inventory knowledge, problem-solving skills, and onsite collaboration across departments.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this specialist supports Shipping, Receiving, Recycling, and Material Handling. The position maintains accurate material storage and movement across Winpak facilities and local external warehouses. It promotes continuous improvement and Winpak’s values.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure warehouse departments follow SQF, GMP, ISO 9001, and CTPAT
Review SIPOC and FEMA for four warehouse departments
Address 8D non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Update SOPs, SWPs, training records, and training matrices
Investigate discrepancies, incidents, complaints,



and process inefficiencies
Requirements: Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset
One-plus year warehouse experience with inventory process knowledge
One-plus year experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Robust communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Movex, MES, or HighJump
