The Salvation Army seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager and maintain uninterrupted store service. You will interact with customers and donors, process donations, complete transactions, and uphold store procedures. The position also includes team lead duties when the Store Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close the store following established procedures
Process, sort, price, pack, and store donations
Complete accurate cash and debit transactions
Monitor store security and merchandise activity
Restock shelves and maintain organized displays
Requirements: Completion of some high school
Two years of store or warehouse experience
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
Successful applicable screening and background checks
