Position Overview
As a Shop Assistant, this is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and learning recent skills. Training will be provided. This role reports to the Shop Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Putting together power equipment.

Ability to use an industrial pressure washer.

Maintaining equipment, shop space, tools, and documentation.

Follow safety and operating procedures.





Complete all tasks according to written and verbal instructions from the supervisor.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Work off‑site when required, including on customer vessels and equipment.

Other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.

Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.

Good communication skills and a positive, “can do” attitude.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work safely in a shop or on a boat.

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
