Key Responsibilities: Process travel insurance claims up to designated limits
Adjudicate claims according to various benefit policies
Handle inbound, outbound, and complaint-related communications
Maintain accurate claim file documentation




Adjust reserves following insurer guidelines
Requirements: Two to three years of relevant claims processing experience
Travel or medical insurance claims background
Required bilingual English and French communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Apply for Alberta Adjuster License within one month
