This Maintenance Technician role supports Fitzrovia’s luxury apartment communities and resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests, prepare market-ready apartments, and maintain property standards. The position requires at least one year of relevant maintenance experience and supports smooth move-ins, safety, and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Prepare apartments through painting, repairs, cleaning, and housekeeping
Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks




Update online work orders accurately within specified timeframes
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on property systems
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of relevant maintenance experience
Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, and push up to 50 pounds
Apply maintenance, work-order, and customer-service expertise while supporting Fitzrovia residents, apartment quality, and property safety in office.
