Key Responsibilities: Implement Quality Assurance Manual requirements
Make daily shop floor quality decisions
Investigate production problems and follow corrective actions
Monitor and report floor quality assurance activities
Maintain Control Plans and Flow Charts documentation
Requirements: Community College graduate in Engineering Technology or Management/Supervision
Equivalent training and experience considered
Knowledge of Quality Systems to ISO/TS16949 Standard
Knowledge of inspection methods and Statistical Process Control
Experience resolving quality problems and supervising personnel
