Paladin Security seeks a Healthcare Security Guard for continental day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. The role includes hospital patrols, incident response, reporting, policy enforcement, and collaboration with hospital staff and security management. Guards maintain alertness while standing or sitting for up to 12 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct interior and exterior security patrols during all weather
Respond calmly to safety incidents and emergencies
Apply verbal de-escalation techniques during incidents
Investigate routine incidents and complete accurate reports




Enforce parking, smoking, by-law, and safety policies
Requirements: Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Fluent oral and written English communication skills
Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
Required immunization records and COVID-19 vaccination proof
