This Personal Support Worker serves CareKW’s Home and Community Care team. You will assist with daily living, follow individualized care plans, and support overall well-being. Professional communication and accurate documentation guide client-centred service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Assist mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation safely
Support daily living while encouraging client independence
Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration
Observe changes and report concerns to supervisors
Requirements: Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused approach
Ability to follow individualized care plans
Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and equipment
