As Route Supervisor, you will report to the District Manager and provide hands-on support across collection operations. Your work includes driver training, municipal contract support, customer relations, and environmental health and safety. Waste management experience is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise drivers and implement training, discipline, and procedures
Conduct driver assessments and create corrective action plans
Support staffing, interviews, and pre-employment road tests
Track service issues and document required actions
Investigate vehicle accidents and report safety concerns
Requirements: Waste management experience preferred
Pre and post trip inspection proficiency
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work against tight timelines
G license required; DZ license considered an asset
