Key Responsibilities: Underwrite new and renewal commercial property business
Evaluate complex exposures and structure coverage solutions
Prepare quotations and negotiate terms with brokers
Manage portfolio growth, retention, and profitability objectives
Interpret risk engineering reports for underwriting decisions
Requirements: Three or more years in underwriting or market-facing work
Knowledge of underwriting principles, products, and regulations
Solid analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Five years of commercial property underwriting preferred
