This temporary, full time contract role runs approximately eight months and reports to Operations Vice Presidents. You will oversee the beauty business across a region, collaborating with stores, corporate teams, and vendors. The work emphasizes sales development, customer experience, business building, eventing, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance and identify beauty business gaps
Coach Beauty Managers and teams on selling skills
Support corporate programs, standards, events, and promotions
Perform business reviews covering sales and customer experience




Liaise with stores, internal units, and external vendors
Requirements: More than five and up to seven years’ retail or marketing experience
Post-secondary marketing, business, makeup artistry, or esthetics education
Coaching and makeup artistry skills
Advanced beauty, fashion, and business growth understanding
Clear communication, judgment, influence, and adaptability
