Oxford is seeking a Building Operator for its Operations team. You will support Class A office and retail facilities through HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, FAS, and Life Safety systems. The role includes tenant communication, contractor coordination, preventative maintenance, water treatment, and energy management.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and adjust HVAC, Life Safety, BAS, and lighting systems
Complete preventative maintenance, plumbing repairs, and drain clearing
Respond to tenant portal requests and communicate mechanical issues
Coordinate service providers and review contracted work safely




Manage water testing, chemicals, and daily building energy priorities
Requirements: At least one year of technical building operations experience
Experience operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and FAS systems
4th Class Power Engineering Certification
Ability to lift 25 pounds and safely use ladders
Availability for eight-hour shifts and occasional weekends
