As a Design Engineer, you will create engineering systems, machines, and devices that follow sound practices and standards. You will review designs, perform analysis, develop test procedures, and improve products. Brandt values mechanical backgrounds involving machine design, manufacturing, and practical problem solving.
Key Responsibilities: Design systems, machines, and devices meeting customer needs
Review and improve designs, drafting, schematics, and specifications
Perform engineering analysis and develop test procedures




Recommend product design improvements for manufacturing
Collaborate across departments and support the Platform Team Leader
Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or technology certificate
Two or more years of direct work experience
Proficiency with SolidWorks preferred
Experience with steel fabrication and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic systems
Apply mechanical design, SolidWorks, analysis, and testing skills to develop manufacturable products for Brandt customers.
