ParaMed seeks a Registered Nurse for community care in the County Area, Erie St. Clair District. You will assess individualized needs, execute care plans, and build therapeutic relationships with patients in diverse settings. The position includes required after hours on call coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate clinical tools
Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans
Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement
Maintain and update professional patient encounter records




Provide scheduled visits within designated community areas
Requirements: Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Community care experience considered an asset
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled nursing visits
Willingness to travel and provide after hours on call coverage
Use assessment, care planning, and relationship-building skills to support ParaMed patients across Amherstburg and surrounding communities.
