Lead welding and fabrication production as a Supervisor, coordinating teams, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements across the department.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this Supervisor directs welders, fabricators, finishers, and other production employees. The work emphasizes blueprint interpretation, weld inspection, dimensional accuracy, planning, and problem solving. You will coordinate departments, resolve worker concerns, and support timely, budget-conscious work-order completion.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate welding, fabrication, and production department activities
Ensure work follows drawings, weld procedures, and quality standards
Enforce occupational health and safety regulations
Monitor employee performance, efficiency,



and production rates
Coordinate equipment inspections, repairs, and Limble requests
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Two years’ production experience, preferably as a Lead Hand
Journeyperson Welder certification or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and GTAW processes
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Apply welding supervision, quality inspection, and production coordination skills while supporting protected, efficient work-order delivery.
